1. 7-Day Return Window
● Eligibility Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
● Malfunctioning Units: For dead-on-arrival (DOA) or malfunctioning electronics, claims must ideally be reported within 24 to 48 hours for immediate processing.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
● Unused & Original Condition: The item must be unused, unscratched, and in the same condition as received.
● Complete Packaging: It must include the original undamaged box, all internal packaging materials, user manuals, warranty cards (unstamped), and all accessories.
● Proof of Purchase: A valid original invoice or digital order confirmation is required.
● Seal Integrity: For many electronics (like smartphones or headphones), returns are not accepted if the manufacturer’s seal has been broken, unless the device is functionally defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
● Change of Mind: Due to the nature of high-end electronics, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the product box has been opened.
● Sale/Clearance Items: Products purchased during "Flash Sales" or from the "Clearance" section are generally non-refundable and eligible for warranty-based repair only.
● Damaged by User: Items damaged due to electrical sparks, voltage fluctuations, or physical mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return.
4. The Return Process
1. Initiate: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and a clear unboxing video (highly recommended for damage claims).
2. Inspection: Once the item is received at our facility, our quality assurance team will take 2–3 working days to verify the claim.
3. Approval: You will be notified via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
5. Refund & Reimbursement
● Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) or via Bank Transfer for COD orders.
● Timeline: Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account once approved.
● Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For "Change of Mind" returns (where applicable), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
6. Warranty Claims
For products that develop a fault after the initial 7-day window, customers must refer to the Brand Warranty provided by the manufacturer. WorldTec Electronics will assist you in locating the nearest authorized service center.
