Shipping Policy

At WorldTec Electronics, we strive to deliver your tech gadgets quickly and safely across Pakistan. We partner with the most reliable logistics providers to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

● We offer nationwide shipping across all major cities and rural areas in Pakistan.

● Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times depending on the courier’s local network. 

2. Delivery Timelines

● Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 working days.

● Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days.

● Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). 

3. Shipping Charges

● Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee may apply based on the weight of the electronics or the total order value.

● Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., Rs. 5,000) during special promotional periods. 

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

● We utilize trusted local couriers, including TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx, to handle your deliveries.

● Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real-time. 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

● To maintain security and reduce fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery orders require a one-time verification.

● Our team may contact you via a phone call or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch. 

6. Order Inspection at Delivery

● We highly recommend that customers record an unboxing video upon receiving their package. 

● If the external packaging appears tampered with or severely damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support immediately. 

7. Undelivered Packages

● Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package.

● If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be cancelled.
